Wine Classes

Wine Classes University of California, San Francisco Taught at UCSF's Parnassus campus Wednesdays from October 10 to November 7, 7:00-9:00 pm. The Wines of Italy
If all the names confuse you and you're not clear on "real wine vs. the 'how much fruit and oak' international crap" then this is the class for you. We will go far beyond Chianti and Pinot Grigio to introduce you to the most exciting and diverse wine producing nation in the world! You will leave the class with knowledge allowing you to dissect any wine list in search of its hidden values!
